Terms

Practical terms for agency work.

These terms summarize how DBK handles inquiries, proposals, project scope, client materials, digital marketing delivery, revisions, third-party platforms, and support.

Scope

Work begins from written scope.

Each engagement should be confirmed through a proposal, statement of work, approved brief, or written agreement. Scope may include websites, landing pages, campaigns, creative, SEO foundations, automation, analytics, reporting, and launch support.

Client inputs

Delivery depends on access and feedback.

Clients are responsible for timely business details, approvals, brand assets, content, platform access, legal permissions, and accurate feedback.

Campaigns

Performance depends on market conditions.

DBK plans and improves campaigns with practical care, but does not guarantee ad results, platform approvals, search rankings, sales volume, or third-party platform behavior.

Revisions

Changes should match the approved scope.

Revisions are handled according to the agreed scope. New pages, new campaigns, new creative directions, platform changes, or additional automation may require revised timelines or pricing.

Ownership

Final deliverables follow agreed terms.

Client-owned final deliverables are transferred according to the written agreement after required payments. Third-party tools, fonts, images, plugins, hosting, domains, and ad platforms remain subject to their own terms.

Support

Support is plan-based or scoped separately.

Maintenance, optimization, reporting, campaign management, and support continue according to the selected plan or written agreement. For questions, email hello@dbkdigitals.com.
