Terms

Practical terms for digital work.

These terms summarize how DBK Digitals handles project inquiries, proposals, delivery responsibilities, client materials, revisions, and ongoing support.

Project scope

Every engagement should be confirmed with a written scope, proposal, statement of work, or approved project brief. Scope may include websites, apps, branding, automations, integrations, marketing pages, analytics, and launch support.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project goals, feedback, brand materials, content, access, and approvals.
  • Review drafts and deliverables within agreed timelines.
  • Confirm rights to any third-party content or assets supplied for use.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery schedules depend on scope, access, content readiness, and revision speed. Changes outside the agreed scope may require revised timing or pricing before implementation.

Ownership and third-party services

Client-owned final deliverables are transferred according to the agreed project terms after required payment. Hosting, domains, analytics, plugins, stock assets, and third-party platforms may remain subject to their own provider terms.

Support

Support and maintenance are provided according to the selected plan or written agreement. For service questions, contact hello@dbkdigitals.com.
